The process of policy planning and execution is crucial for the success of education reforms. This book examines the contributory role of the policy community, principals, and teachers and the challenges and constrains they face in the reform implementation process. The author adopts the qualitative research method and draws an in-depth understanding of the intricate nature of collaboration between policy, administration, and practice.
