Un acte d'amour

Vol. 1: Sata is rewarded by the birth of a baby girl. She had vowed that when she had a baby boy to give him the name of Soma, a renowned herbalist who treated her long sterility. And in the case the baby is a girl she will later be given in marriage to the traditional healer.

Vol. 2: Sériba is a car driver apprentice in the big city. He is the brother of Soma. He lives the chaotic life of adolescents of his community. He courted one of the mistresses of his boss, owner and driver of the public transport vehicle on which he works. The boss dies of AIDS.

Vol. 3: Fata, one of the wives of Mamourou, the boss of Sériba, refuses to wear the blue tunic of widowhood. She feels betrayed by the deceased. Dadjourou and Sériba hang out. Sériba is evacuated to hospital. Dadjourou informs the part of the family living in the village. Everyone is at the bedside of Sériba. We listen to the story of his miraculous survival and how he has managed to escape AIDS.
