Interventional cardiology

Prominent parctitioners and investigators describe all of the methods used to perform noncoronary procedures in interventional cardiology, as well as their results. Major topics of discussion include percutaneous techniques for valvular heart disease, septal defects at both the atrial and ventricular levels, adjunctive therapies during coronary interventions, and angioplasty to treat extra-cardiac vascular disease, as well as reviews of cutting-imaging modalities now being used in interventional procedures.
