A celebration of Limerick's silver

Published to coincide with an exhibition in the Hunt Museum, Limerick, Ireland, from September 2007-January 2008, this book is the first to chronicle the work of Limerick silversmiths and goldsmiths. It draws extensively on new research and highlights the achievements of an almost forgotten group of craftspeople. A particularly valuable element of the book is the detailed directory of the goldsmiths and allied trades of Limerick up to the present day.
