Third strike

Bodyguard and ex-Special Forces soldier, Charlie Fox is recovering from being shot on her previous assignment and is itching to go back to work. It is while she is receiving the last of her physio that Charlie's life in the slow lane picks up a gear. She sees her austere father fending off accusations of murder from reporters on the local news. It appears Richard Foxcroft, highly regarded surgeon and pillar of the community, has upset the wrong crowd and they're using underhand and increasingly violent methods to systematically destroy the man's immaculate reputation. It's up to Charlie to find out why.
