The story of a congolese citizen who moved up through all the scales of the hierarchy of the Administration under the times of Belgian colonization in the "Congo Belge". This very enlightening book shows how some congolese had stored up years of experience in spite of the lack of education imposed by the colonial system through the biography of this very illustrious son of the Congo. It is also the point of view of a congolese son under the events of the Independancy of this country since he had lived it all from the inside of the Administration.
