Founded by José Cuneo, it also included Alfredo De Simone, Petrona Viera, Humberto Causa, César Pesce Castro, Andrés Etchebarne Bidart, Guillermo Laborde, Carlos Prevosti, Melchor Méndez Magarios, Carmelo de Arzadun.
