My Airpods Max won't charge

If you are using the correct charging cable and adapter, try restarting your AirPods Max. To do this, press and hold the noise control button and the digital crown button for about 15 seconds, or until you see the white status light flash. Once the AirPods Max have restarted, try charging them again.
