Description
This is Vol. IX of the English-language edition of "Nuova Raccolta Colombiana", an extensive (and elegantly produced) work celebrating the 500th anniversary of Columbus' voyage of discovery. It was published in Rome (1990) by the Polygraphic Institute of the Italian State Library. The atlas volume is an oversize (approx. 19 x 14 inches) folio of 42 tipped-in plates comprised of maps and illustrations.
