This issue contains articles on survey work for field drainage, the brooding and rearing of chicks, students as apiary inspectors in Ontario, the 3 necessary elements in fertilizers, different systems for breeding animals, the work of the Canadian Seed Growers' Association, and the profitability of producing tomatoes. Campus news reports on the activities of the student's council, the fire on campus, the oratorical contest, the efforts of the debating team, and the minstrel show. The Macdonald column features an address on human character given at the Y. W. C. A. meeting, the events of the junior dance, and the new inclusion of public speaking into the Macdonald curriculum. The Schools' and Teachers' Department column continues a lesson plan for a course in woodworking. Alumni news completes a biography on the successful alumni, A. M. Soule.
