Practices and Procedures in Secondary Schools for the Blind in the United States

The aim of this study will be to discover and to compare the present tendencies in the conduct of secondary education in schools for the blind in the United States, emphasis will be centered on the variations of procedures which have occurred in these schools during the period 1921-1931 with respect to organization, administration, curricula, and methods.
