Ethical issues in preventive medicine

Experts from 17 different countries discuss issues within the following disciplines: medicine, epidemiology, sociology, public health, ethics, theology, economics, law and journalism. The topics discussed also include the history and development ofmedical ethics, its legal and economic aspects, ethical issues which often arise in epidemiological research and preventive medicine, ethical aspects of occuational health, child health care and popuation control, and the role of the mass media in health communication.
