This book was writtten from stories told to the author by my father the Dr S accredited in the text. He was Dr. Shanson who lived and worked in Dean St. Soho. It was serialised in the press Sunday Dispatch. It's an amazing account of the Jewish Mafia and the community of pimps, drug dealers and prostitutes who were his neighbours and patients.
