Description
This is the report of a study of attitudes towards the rehabilitation of housing maintained by the residents in older areas in downtown Toronto. The study began as an investigation of the possibility of the individual home-owners bearing the cost of housing rehabilitation. The study later included both a study into the question of the will or motivation of the owner of private property to make such improvements and a study of the attitudes of home-owners towards the rehabilitation of their housing structures.
