Alternative learning experience programs study

Presents a legal and financial review by JLARC and the State Auditor's Office of the alternative learning experience programs under WAC 392-1121-182. The reviews include program types and funding patterns for alternative learning experience programs; adequacy of current rules and regulations; identification of policy and administrative options to correct identified deficiencies; and the potential fiscal impacts of any proposed options for changes to alternative learning experience programs.
