Charlestown navy yard redevelopment, final supplemental environmental impact report. E.o.e.a.#02383

...concerns the proposed biomedical research facilities at Boston's Charlestown Navy Yard; responds to comments contained in the MA Executive Office of Environmental Affairs certificate, dated August 2, 1991, approving the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (DSEIR) as well as to those contained in comment letters received from other agencies and interested groups and citizens; contains consideratble new information, including full wind and shadow studies for Yard's End and substantially expanded materials in the areas of traffic, water and sewer impacts, vessel-related use, and the "double-interpretive loop" plan for special destination faciliteis; in addition, each comment received has been numbered and a full response prepared; also covers historic preservation issues, revised design guidelines, stablization report for the Rope Walk, Tar House and Chain Forge, infrastructure impact, aid quality analysis, letters of support, etc.; these volumes should be used in conjunction with the draft report which is also kept on this number as is a condense draft of Vol. 1 which contains foldout not found in the other volumes; a small aerial view of the Navy Yard is on the cover of eachg volume; these items were in the BRA collection...
